These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the jiji bd platform and all services under it. "Platform" refers to jiji bd's website, mobile application and related digital channels. "User" or "you" means any person who accesses or uses this platform.

"We", "us" or "jiji bd" refers to the organisation operating this platform. "Services" includes casino games, sports betting, live casino, bonuses and other entertainment offerings.

These Terms have been prepared for users in Bangladesh. By accessing the platform or creating an account, the user is considered to have unconditionally accepted all these terms. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the platform.

Creating a valid account is required to use services on jiji bd. At the time of registration, the user must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Creating an account with false or misleading information is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Single Account Rule

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts and the funds in them may be forfeited. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address or payment method may also be treated as a multiple-account violation.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password secure. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately. Allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited.

2.3 Verification

jiji bd may request identity documents, proof of address or other documentation for account verification at any time. Withdrawals or certain services may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Users must be at least 21 years old to create an account or use any service on jiji bd. Creating an account for anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited and any such account will be closed immediately upon discovery.

Acceptable documents for age verification include a National Identity Card (NID), passport or birth registration certificate. If the information provided is found to be false, the account will be closed immediately and jiji bd reserves the right to forfeit any funds held in it.

The minimum deposit amount on jiji bd is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to complete.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following methods may be used for deposits and withdrawals:

4.2 Payment Verification

The mobile wallet or bank account used for payments must be registered in the user's own name. Using a method registered in a third party's name is prohibited. Violating this rule may result in the transaction being cancelled and the account being placed under review.

4.3 Withdrawal Process

Account verification must be complete before submitting a withdrawal request. If the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met, the withdrawal request may not be processed. Every withdrawal request is subject to review by jiji bd.

jiji bd offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each bonus has its own specific terms and conditions, which are detailed on the relevant bonus page.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit receiving a ৳2,000 bonus gives a total balance of ৳3,000, and ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• If a bonus is cancelled after being claimed, the bonus funds and any winnings earned from them will be voided.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or by fraudulent means is prohibited.
• jiji bd reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses are never provided as "free" or direct cash — they are always a conditional benefit.

Each game or betting market on jiji bd has its own applicable rules. The following general guidelines apply to all games:

• If the internet connection is lost during a game, any result that has already been determined will be considered final.
• If a game result becomes uncertain due to a technical error, the related bet may be considered void.
• In sports betting, if a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• Any attempt to manipulate a game or exploit software errors will result in account closure.

6.1 Betting Limits

The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game and market are clearly displayed in the game interface. jiji bd reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jiji bd platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Creating an account under a false identity or falsifying personal information.
• Conducting coordinated or artificial betting activity for the purpose of claiming bonuses.
• Using any software, bot or automated method to gain an advantage in games or betting.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another person's account.
• Any attempt to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Helping anyone under 21 years of age to create an account.

Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, all funds may be forfeited and legal action may be taken where applicable.

jiji bd may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• Due to regulatory or legal obligations.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Users may also request account closure at any time. Any balance in the account should be withdrawn before making the request. If a withdrawal of a remaining balance is needed after account closure, the support team must be contacted.

jiji bd is not liable for any financial loss incurred by the user as a result of using the platform. No guarantee is given that the service will always be uninterrupted. Temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues or third-party service failures.

Betting and casino games carry financial risk and there is no guarantee of recovering lost funds. Every decision is made at the user's own judgement and responsibility.

jiji bd treats the protection of users' personal information as a top priority. How your information is collected, stored and used is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you are also considered to have consented to the terms of that policy.

If a dispute arises over the result of a specific game, the game provider's server logs will be treated as final evidence. Complaints regarding game results must be raised within 72 hours of the incident.
